The SuperShow system has enabled the automation of their website, trade, competition, judging, results, sponsors and membership with powerful reporting, administration and show management capabilities.
Speaking on the introduction to their online trade fair applications in 2020, Trade Fair Secretary Helen Shalders gave this feedback “
'Fantastic service and results! 'The SuperShow team have developed our Online Tradefair Applications via our Website, it is “User Friendly” and easy for potential Tradefair Exhibitors to navigate and simple for me as the Tradefair Secretary to process on the backend. We agreed on timelines for everything at the beginning stage of our discussions, and Ciara and her team have come through on time with it all.
Most importantly, SuperShow provided us with constant prompt service and answers to our questions, with immediate results and modifications to suit our needs.'
Trade exhibitors started securely applying and paying for their 2021 show trade fair site through a simple online trade fair application, submitting their stand requirements, insurance documents, product and business details and preferences. The show can immediately review the application, update the status approval, set as pending or decline, allocate a trade fair space, and generate management reports from one simple dashboard.
Media & Entertainment Co-Ordinator, Diana Blacklock, maintains the show's website, ensuring up to date information on the event is easily available with the easy to use Content Management System which handles all content, images and website structure.
No show can run without the generous support of their sponsors. Carmen Keed, Head of Sponsorship for the Western Australian show, uses SuperShow as a central database to manage Sponsor's details, branding, and package levels and to receive Sponsorship enquiries through the website.
The SuperShow team develops the show management system further each year, with in-depth show system experience and a proven show management track record. Wagin Woolorama - What’s in the name!
Wagin Woolorama came in to being in 1972. After a trip to Dowerin Field Days, in those days Dowerin was just machinery demonstrated in a paddock, Malcolm Edward from the Wagin Agricultural Society realised that Wagin needed to have its own feature.
The strength of Wagin was in its Merino and Wool industry. A competition for school children was held and two boys came up with the same name. Peter Jenkin (9) and Mark English (10) both suggested the name Woolorama and they won $5.00 for their efforts when The Wagin Agricultural Show became Wagin Woolorama.
