Wagin Agricultural Society in Western Australia recently launched their new online show system for the 49th Woolorama which takes place at the 118th Wagin Agricultural Show on 5th & 6th of March 2021 - 'Let's Celebrate and Congratulate WA'.

Wagin Woolorama becomes the first Australian show to benefit from the SuperShow - Show Management System, we are honoured to have them on board with us.

Wagin Woolorama selected SuperShow as the trusted answer to improving show management processes and a need to move to the next level of event management. The SuperShow system has enabled the automation of their website, trade, competition, judging, results and membership with powerful reporting, administration and show management capabilities.

On Monday, 23rd November 2020, the Woolorama Trade Fair applications launched online. Trade exhibitors have started securely applying and paying for their 2021 show trade fair site through a simple online trade fair application, submitting their stand requirements, insurance documents, product and business details and preferences. The show can immediately review the application, update the status approval, set as pending or decline, allocate a trade fair space, and generate management reports from one simple dashboard. Helen Shalders, Trade Fair Secretary, agrees that receiving and allocating applications has never been as easy.

'Fantastic service and results!' stated Helen Shalders, Trade Fair Secretary, Wagin Agricultural Society. 'The SuperShow team have developed our Online Tradefair Applications via our Website, it is “User Friendly” and easy for potential Tradefair Exhibitors to navigate and simple for me as the Tradefair Secretary to process on the backend. We agreed on timelines for everything at the beginning stage of our discussions, and Ciara and her team have come through on time with it all.

Most importantly, SuperShow provided us with constant prompt service and answers to our questions, with immediate results and modifications to suit our needs.' - Helen Shalders, Trade Fair Secretary, Wagin Woolorama

Media & Entertainment Co-Ordinator, Diana Blacklock, maintains the show's website, ensuring up to date information on the event is easily available with the easy to use Content Management System which handles all content, images and website structure.

Competitions will be opening online in late December for Wagin Woolorama, with their show set for 5th & 6th March 2021. Complying with strict COVID regulations, Western Australia has been able to continue holding events, in line with event guidelines.

No show can run without the generous support of their sponsors. Carmen Keed, Head of Sponsorship for the Western Australian show, uses SuperShow as a central database to manage Sponsor's details, branding, and package levels and to receive Sponsorship enquiries through the website.

The SuperShow team develops the show management system further each year, with in-depth show system experience and a proven show management track record. Both Loughnan Hooper, CEO & Founder, and Ciara Kinnarney, SuperShow Manager, have extensive event management experience, together with the dedicated and experienced team of web developers and designers, SuperShow gives it's clients a winning formulae.

Scheduled for release in December 2020, the Wagin Woolorama members will enjoy an easy to use, online membership facility to accept applications and to enjoy the benefits of being a show member, such as reduced competition entry fees.
